Guest Service Managers

Heritage's offers an opportunity for all members of the Heritage's Store Team to experience management training and see how Heritage's approaches management development. The Guest Service Manager program gives eligible Team Members an opportunity to grow through increased responsibilities. Guest Service Manager trainees participate in a development program that teaches them the skills needed to manage a store, business skills, profit and loss awareness, customer service philosophies, leadership competencies, and so much more. The program helps Team Members reach a higher level of success with Heritage's and in their lives. The program also helps some Team Members prepare for full-time Store Management Positions in our stores.

Store Management Candidates

Heritage's prides itself on the high level of training offered to our Management Candidates. Management Candidates receive a competitive training salary and detailed store operations training in a store setting. They also receive weekly leadership and development training in our Human Resource Center. We believe that hands-on training, along with leadership development courses create a well-rounded management training experience, giving every candidate an excellent opportunity for success.

Store Managers

Store Managers receive a competitive salary based on the sales of their store and are eligible for a quarterly profit bonus and a sales bonus. Store Managers also receive vacation, health and dental benefits, Aflac options, 401k options, life insurance, paid sick and personal days, and paid bereavement.
